How do I hire items?
Browse our catalogue and edits, and select the items you wish to enquire about. Add them to the quote and once you are ready, fill in the details requested. We will get back to you with a quote based on your dates and the availability of individual items
How do I purchase items?
Just like hiring, please send us through your selection and mark your enquiry as ‘purchase’ we will work on a bespoke quote for you.
Can I visit the showroom?
Our showroom is open by appointment, Monday to Friday 9.15am - 3pm only so please do get in touch with us to arrange
What are your collection/drop off hours
Our studio is open between 9.15am and 3pm Monday to Friday. If you have a collection or return outside of these hours, please do contact us with 24 hours notice so we can arrange for items to be collected/returned to Hackney Downs Studios reception
Can I extend a hire?
We are happy to extend the hire of any items you are currently loaning provided they are not already booked on another project. We require payment for the extended hire before the original return date
What do you need to know about my project?
When you make an enquiry, please let us know the nature of the hire, client, length of hire and proposed collection and return dates
What should I do if an item is damaged or missing?
Please contact us as soon as any damage has occured, or if an item is missing with detailed images. Once a damaged piece has been returned, we can assess and come back to you with a repair or replacement quote.
How do I pay for a hire or purchase?
Once you are satisfied with your selection, please supply us with invoice name and address and sign and send back the hire agreement.We currently only accept bank transfers and payment must be cleared ahead of collection.
Do I need insurance for a hire?
It is the responsibility of the hirer and company named on the hire agreement to insure items from leaving the premises to the time they are returned, including transit. Items must be insured for the full replacement value of each item.
